In Ukraine, the discussion about amnesty for participants in military operations in the Donbass, one of the key points of the Minsk agreements, resumed. The statement of the deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG on the need for universal forgiveness did not meet with understanding among the country's establishment: the diplomat was accused of betrayal and work for the Kremlin. Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Reznikov told how Kiev sees the amnesty, but this approach once again puts the peace process at risk.
