Austrian Chancellor says it is necessary to limit migration

The policy aimed at curbing migration to Austria should be continued in order to prevent inter-ethnic conflicts, Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz said on June 29 on Puls 24. The head of government made his statement after the Kurdish-Turkish riots in Vienna. He noted that the Austrian authorities need to independently deal with Turkey's attempts to influence citizens of Turkish origin living in Austria. Kurz stressed that one example of a failed policy of integration and uncontrolled migration in Europe is the recent events in French Dijon. According to the news agency, from June 24 in Vienna, clashes between Turkish and Kurdish demonstrators began. Initially, Kurdish demonstrations were devoted to women's rights.
