Changing the Constitution: the Russians have made their choice

Amendments to the Constitution of Russia on the national vote supported 77,92% of Russians opposed of 21.27%. The final turnout was 67,97%, the vote for the first time was allotted seven days. The highest level of approval recorded in Chechnya and Tuva, and the lowest-in the Nenets Autonomous district.
