Stoffer himself said in an interview that he had not yet participated in the filming and noted: he does not expect that his participation in this project of the Netflix streaming service will become long-term. Screenwriters of Very Strange Affairs on June 19, 2020 published a photo of printouts of the finished script for the fourth season of the show. Production of this and other Netflix series was suspended on March 16, 2020 due to the coronavirus epidemic.
