This was reported on August 15 by the Associated Press. The picture was taken by an eyewitness to the events of Mstislav Chernov on August 10. From the stop frame it is impossible to determine the cause of death of the rioter. Recall that during the riots in Belarus on August 10, one of the demonstrators died. The death, according to the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs, occurred as a result of careless treatment of an improvised explosive device, which the deceased wanted to use against law enforcement officers. Despite the fact that the tragedy did not occur due to the fault of the security forces, this incident is actively used as an instrument to destabilize the situation in the country.
